Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IDSnapper ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain security of your account credentials
  • Immediately notify us of unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Disrupt service or infrastructure
  • Use automated systems to access the App

5. Intellectual Property

IDSnapper retains all rights to the App including:

  • Software and source code
  • Graphics and interface design
  • Documentation and materials

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant IDSnapper a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and display content through the App.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for:

  • Content you upload or process through the App
  • Compliance with applicable laws
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for content

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payments & Premium Access

For premium features:

  • IDSnapper Premium is a one-time annual purchase that grants access for 12 months. It is not an auto-renewing subscription and nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy another year.
  • Pricing is ₹599/year for customers in India and $7.19/year for customers elsewhere. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. See our Pricing page.
  • Payments are securely processed by Razorpay.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which also describes cooling-off rights for consumers in the EU, UK and other regions.
  • Any change to pricing will be reflected on the Pricing page before purchase.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms. All provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL IDSNAPPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
