Shipping & Delivery Policy

IDSnapper is a 100% digital product. There is no physical shipment — everything is delivered electronically.

1. Digital delivery only

IDSnapper does not sell or ship any physical goods. IDSnapper Premium is a software subscription. Nothing is mailed or couriered to you, and no shipping charges ever apply.

2. How your premium access is delivered

Immediately after a successful payment:

  • A unique username and password are generated and shown to you on the confirmation screen inside the app / website.
  • These credentials unlock premium features (ad-free experience, unlimited captures, all premium tools) for 12 months.
  • The app signs you in automatically so you can start using premium features right away.

3. Delivery time

Delivery is instant in almost all cases — typically within a few seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases (for example, a temporary network or bank delay), it may take a few minutes.

4. Didn't receive your credentials?

If your payment succeeded but you did not receive your premium credentials, please contact us within 24 hours with your Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID:

We will re-issue your credentials or, if we cannot deliver the service, issue a refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
